Moving to Cypress, TX: Internet, TV & Utility Setup

Updated October 13, 2026 · ReferralToMove.com

Cypress is unincorporated Harris County, so there's no city utility office. Water, sewer and often trash come through your Municipal Utility District (MUD) or HOA. Find your MUD first, then set up electricity and internet.
